 About the Company and Posts Advertised:

National Water Development Agency (NWDA) recruitment has advertised for 62 vacant posts. Different posts are open for application like Junior Engineer, Hindi Translator, Jr. Accounts Officer, Upper Division Clerk, Upper Division Clerk Stenographer Grade-II and LDC. The successful candidates after selection will be placed at its Headquarter at Delhi and various field offices located across the country. The online registration process has started from 10th May 2021 and will close on 25th June 2021. The eligible candidates can apply online. Important Points:

Age Requirement

Candidates must fall in the age group between 21 to 37 years of age with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories are available, for details read Notification 2021.

1.     Lower Division Clerk, Junior Engineer, Stenographer, Junior Engineer : 28-37 years;

2.     Hindi Translator, Junior Accounts Officer: 21-30 years;

1.       For Male General & OBC : Rs.840/-

2. For SC, ST, Women, EWS, PWD: Rs.500/-

Vacancy Details : Total posts=62

1.     Lower Division Clerk: 23 posts;

2.     Upper Division Clerk: 12 posts;

3.     Junior Engineer: 16 posts;

4.     Junior Accounts Officer: 05 posts;

5.     Stenographer: 05 posts;

6.     Hindi Translator: 01 post

Educational Qualification and Experience:

1.     Lower Division Clerk - i) 12th Class passed from a recognized Board, ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer. Knowledge of Computer operating systems, MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint &Internet

2.     Upper Division Clerk - Degree of a recognized University. Knowledge of Computer operating systems, MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint &Internet

3.   Junior Engineer - Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised University or equivalent

4. Junior Accounts Officer - i) Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/Institute. ii) Three-year experience in Cash and Accounts in a Government Office/PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body iii) Candidates having CA/ICWAI/Company Secretary will be preferred

5. Stenographer - 12th Class passed from a recognized Board/University. Skill (Shorthand) Test (on Computer) at the speed of 80 wpm.

6. Hindi Translator - Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English/English with Hindi/any other subject as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a Written test/Skill Test for successfully getting selected.

       1.  Junior Engineer, Hindi Translator, Junior Accounts Officer and UDC Candidates– The selection consists of an online competitive Computer Based Test (CBT)

2. Stenographer Gr-II and LDC Candidates – The selection consists of a competitive Computer Based online Test and Skill Test (Shorthand/Typing). Typing Test will be conducted in English or Hindi on computer only

Salary Details

Candidates selected will get emolument in the range of Rs.35400-112400/- per month.

1. Lower Division Clerk: Rs. 19900-63200/- (level-2);
2. Upper Division Clerk: Rs. 25500-81100/- (level-4);
3. Junior Engineer: Rs.35400-112400/- (level-6);
4. Junior Accounts Officer: Rs.35400-112400/- (level-6);
5. Stenographer: Rs. 25500-81100/- (level-4);
6. Hindi Translator: Rs.35400-112400/- (level-6).
